Food was made very well. I had a Patty Melt and the onions were made perfectly. Only advice I give is that if you ask for fries, it's usually enough to feed 2 or 3 people. So everyone doesn't have to order fries and it's more convenient as well.
Food was excellent, waitress was very friendly, served our meal immediate when cooked and refilled our drinks without delay when she saw our glasses was almost empty. The Bent Rim was very clean and other customers in there were helpful and very kind.
Delicious prime rib every time we go! The kind of small town neighborhood bar every town needs. Good lunches too - the Iowa tenderloin at its best!
Always a good time !! Great food !! But watch your pizza it may be a piece short !! Lol !! Thanks Bill !! 9/12/17=lunch special was open face roast beef .. I tell y'all it melted in my mouth very good stuff Joan !!
The service, atmosphere and food are top notch! My favorite watering hole in Cascade!
Love the small town/hole in the the wall/dive bar atomsphere. You find a place like that, you will find good people and amazing food. I have never been disappointed.
It is owned by a joyful man whom is there typically nightly. It's old school in a lot of ways but what brings it to 5 stars is the atmosphere. It's not a fancy or even modern interior and the bathrooms are not the most desirable but with that said the atmosphere is the golden ticket. Great food as well.
Americana at its best. This is the definition of a classic dive bar. I was with 3 others guys and we all loved our food; 3 of us had burgers, perfectly cooked with great toppings, the fourth had the Philly, and he said it couldn’t have been any better. This was a hot Iowa summer day, and the temperature outside was almost as hot as the bartenders. Oh yeahhh!
